Sign Up for a New Challenge: Signing up for a new challenge goes back to the accountability aspect in a way by promising yourself that you’re going
to do something. Whether you care about winning or not, signing up for some sort of
wellness challenge, race or event can help keep you motivated and on track. It also
doesn’t hurt to sometimes have some skin in the game if the challenge is costing you
a sign-up fee. Try something new, even if there is the possibility that you might
fail. Whether you sign up for a 5k, obstacle course race, marathon, GORUCK Challenge,
Triathlon, Savage Race, walking challenge, CrossFit competition, etc., find something
that is going to get you moving and potentially keep you motivated along the way.
