The Board of Trustees is elected by voters in Community College District #512.
The College is led by Dr. Avis Proctor, president, and her administration.
The College's Mission, Vision, Philosophy, and Core Values guide the institution's
leaders and inform the decision-making process.
Harper College routinely collects and reports data in an effort to continuously improve
operations and outcomes.
The Institutional Review Board (IRB) reviews all research projects involving human
participants affiliated with Harper.
To guide decision-making process, the College produces an annual College Plan and
a facilities Master Plan.
