Mount Prospect, North Barrington, Palatine, Prospect Heights, Rolling Meadows, Schaumburg, South Barrington, Tower Lakes, Wheeling and portions of Hoffman Estates, Deer Park, Buffalo Grove, Carpentersville, Des Plaines, Roselle, and Fox River Grove.

Harper is forming new relationships with grades schools, high schools, four-year universities and employers to develop clear and affordable career pathways for students.
