Harper College Credit Transcripts

Students who have not had any academic activity for a year and a half, including the summer term, may request an unofficial transcript by emailing the Registrar's Office. For all others, unofficial transcripts for college credit coursework are available on demand through the MyHarper Student Portal. Please note, Harper College does not fax transcripts.
Harper College fully supports Public Act 102-0998 The Student Debt Assistance Act and the subsequent amendment, Public Act 103-0054, which includes provisions for releasing a transcript for students with a financial hold.

There is a $7 fee for each official transcript order. Additional fees may be charged based on method of delivery. A valid major credit card is required.

The College reserves the right to withhold transcripts of persons who have library, equipment, or certain types of disciplinary holds on their account. All holds must be cleared before a transcript is released.

Some services, such as a transcript, require a signature for release. The policies on this Web site are accurate as of the time of publication. Students are responsible for abiding by all policies and deadlines published in the College Catalog, Student Handbook/Datebook and the Class Schedule.
