Harper College will be closed on Monday, January 20 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Vote for Harper College in the Chicago Reader’s 2024 Best of Chicago poll! Harper is nominated for best college for 18-25-year-olds and best college for lifelong learners. Harper is the only community college to be nominated in the first category and one
of two in the second category.
In addition, Harper College Radio was again nominated as one of the best five contenders for best overall radio station. A nominee over multiple years, WHCM is the only community college station in the category, competing against Chicago area heavyweights such as WXRT and WBEZ.
