Harper and Schaumburg Boomers team up for Back to School Night on August 12

Harper College is partnering with the Schaumburg Boomers for a night of baseball, giveaways and fireworks.

For Harper’s annual Back to School Night at the ballpark, the first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a Boomers backpack with school supplies. The Boomers will take on the Windy City Thunderbolts at 6 p.m. Saturday, August 12 at Wintrust Field, 1999 S. Springinsguth Road, Schaumburg.

Fans of all ages will be able to take pictures with mascots Coop and the Harper Hawk, and chat with Harper representatives about programs and services. A fireworks display will follow the game.
