Harper College will be closed on Wednesday, February 12 in observance of Lincoln's Day.
Sponsored by private donation, Angel Grants provide funds (up to $15,000) to expanding businesses and seed money for start-ups. Applicants must be Illinois Small Business Development Center at Harper College clients or enrolled in Harper College’s Entrepreneurial Program.
