Our certified personal trainers will help you achieve your fitness goals and get results! Our goal is to provide you with safe, effective, science-based programming along with exceptional service and continuous support. During your scheduled sessions your trainer will work with you to perfect your form and provide you with educational and motivational feedback to help you reach your goals.

Our personal trainers are uniquely talented and knowledgeable in many areas including: general fitness, lifestyle changes, weight reduction, stress management, sports training, senior fitness as well as those with health conditions. Their diverse backgrounds and educational experiences have prepared them to serve you and help you meet your personal goals.

Andrea F

Andrea Fiebig, ACE Certified Personal Trainer

As a lifelong adult educator Andrea believes that a customized work out, built around self-awareness, will result in a healthy lifestyle, increase productivity and meet one’s fitness goals. Her motto is: everyBODY is unique and everyBODY needs to keep moving! Andrea also enjoys spending time with her grandchildren swimming and biking.

Adrian F

Adrian Fleisher, NSCA, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and USA Weightlifting Level-I Coach

With nearly twenty-five years of experience in the fitness industry Adrian has helped numerous clients reach their fitness goals and has led and mentored teams of trainers and presented at regional clinics. Adrian has also over seen the day-to-day operations of a fitness start-up that was awarded a NOVA7 award for technology in fitness. Adrian began his fitness career as the head student assistant and coordinator of strength and conditioning, and was also a two sport athlete at the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. Adrian has substantial experience working as an integrated component of a medical team specializing in clients with high BMI, anorexic and bulimic conditions and populations who have had traumatic triggering events. 

Jonathan Kahney, NSCA, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator, ACE, Senior Fitness Specialist and AllenForce Licensed Instructor: Serving Injured Veterans

Jon has been an Adjunct Faculty member in the Kinesiology Department at Harper College since 2020 and has been in the Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning field since 2004. As a former collegiate ice hockey player, Jon began his professional strength and conditioning journey working with various high-level amateur hockey programs around the Chicagoland area. In his career Jon has also worked with a variety of clients of with a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. Jon currently volunteers with a local veteran service group where he instructs Personal Trainers on best practices for serving our nation’s injured veterans through mental and physical fitness.  

Joe M

Joe Mago, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM FItness Nutrition Specialist

A former alum from Harper College, Joe enjoys living a healthy lifestyle and has decided to share his expertise in the health and wellness field with the members and across the globe. One of his main goals is to teach and show people the endless possibilities the human body can accomplish physically and mentally in regards to fitness and daily living. As a skinny kid with a high metabolism, it was difficult at first to build lean muscle. However, he was able to pack on pounds of muscle naturally through proper nutrition, exercise and hard work. He spent countless hours researching, reading and critiquing methodologies pertaining to weight loss, supplementation, bodybuilding and general health maintenance.

Erwin Morales, NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Erwin recently bcame a certified personal trainer through NASM while studying at Elmhurst University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and plans to become a physical therapist. Ewrin has over 1000+ clinical hours working in a physical therapy setting and has learned so much about the profession. Erwin is also a member of the Elmhurst wrestling team and is eager to train clients who are struggling to put on muscle, maintain muscle, or lose weight.

Laura's life-long love of fitness is built on her desire to teach and motivate others to do the same. Laura creates fun, upbeat and challenging workouts for her participants and believes that everyone has the ability to discover their strengths no matter their age. Laura's contagious enthusiasm is a strong motivator to all that she encounters. As an endurance athlete (national qualifying triathlete) herself Laura encourages students to push their limits.

Getting Started

  1. Complete a Personal Training Request Form available at the Welcome or Fitness Center Desk (online version) and return to the attendant. A welcome letter and a health history questionnaire will be given to you at that time.
  2. Clients will be contacted within 2–3 business days by the Assistant Director of Programs to schedule an initial consultation and review your completed health history questionnaire.
  3. Your initial consultation will include a review of your health history questionnaire, personal fitness goals and personal trainer/schedule preferences. Following this consultation, a personal trainer will contact you in 2–3 days to set up your first session.
  4. Purchase your personal training sessions/package at the Welcome Desk prior to your first personal training session.

Please Note: Should it be determined that you require physician approval, you will be asked sign a medical clearance form that will be faxed to your physician. The completed form must be returned to us before your personal training sessions begin.
