Core training is the foundation of all movement. This class will improve functional strength for daily activities, improve balance, pelvic health and tighten and tone the mid-section. (All levels)
This circuit style workout is set to motivating music in the cycling studio. Flex and Ride combines segments of resistance strength training with upbeat cycling to help tone and strengthen your muscles and build overall cardiovascular endurance. Arrive early for set up. (All levels.)
Build lean and strong muscles through exercises that mimic the movement of everyday life while increasing overall endurance. This class uses a variety of equipment for a total body workout. (All levels)
Healthy Back Yoga helps reduce stress through safe postural poses and core strengthening techniques. Students are encouraged to stay within their individual limitations by progressing gradually through the various levels of the poses. Props are often used to help support and adapt the poses for everybody. (All levels)
Precise dynamic poses are sequenced together to create a moving meditation that helps calm the mind, increase flexibility, and build strength. This class is fully guided. (All levels)

Yoga Fit Fusion
This full-body workout blends traditional yoga postures, cardio bursts with strength training utilizing a variety of equipment including hand weights, bands, and/or yoga blocks for a dynamic, full-body workout while maintaining mindfulness and breathwork. (All Levels)
This high intensity dance based aerobic workout features movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and are performed primarily to Latin American and Pop dance music. (All Levels)
This lower-intensity, easy to follow, dance based aerobic workout features movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and are performed primarily to Latin American and Pop dance music. (All Levels)
