Indoor cycling unites cycling with amazing music for a workout that will lift your spirit, tone your body, burn calories in a low impact workout. Indoor cycling is fun, rewarding, and a great workout set to amazing music. Feeling nervous about attending an indoor cycling class? Drop into any of our Rhythm Ride and Flex and Ride classes. Our instructors will help designed specifically for beginners. With a few tips and a little training, you'll be ready for all the indoor cycling classes. Core training is the foundation of all movement. This class will improve functional strength for daily activities, improve balance, pelvic health and tighten and tone the mid-section. (All levels)
This circuit style workout is set to motivating music in the cycling studio. Flex and Ride combines segments of resistance strength training with upbeat cycling to help tone and strengthen your muscles and build overall cardiovascular endurance. Arrive early for set up. (All levels.)
Build lean and strong muscles through exercises that mimic the movement of everyday life while increasing overall endurance. This class uses a variety of equipment for a total body workout. (All levels)
Healthy Back Yoga helps reduce stress through safe postural poses and core strengthening techniques. Students are encouraged to stay within their individual limitations by progressing gradually through the various levels of the poses. Props are often used to help support and adapt the poses for everybody. (All levels)
Precise dynamic poses are sequenced together to create a moving meditation that helps calm the mind, increase flexibility, and build strength. This class is fully guided. (All levels)
Pilates targets the core, legs, glutes and arms. This is truly a complete workout that will leave you feeling energized, strong and stretched. (All levels)
Join us for this interval style class alternating cardio segments possibly the track (walk, run or jog) with strength segments utilizing a variety of equipment including body bars, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettle bells, and the BOSU. (All levels)
This indoor cycling class unites amazing music with cycling on a stationary bike for a workout that will lift your spirit and tone your body all at once. Bring a water bottle and get ready to ride to the beat. (All Levels)
This amazing class combines core training with easy to follow ballet exercises to improve balance, activate the abdominals, pelvic floor, and back. (All Levels)
Passive yoga poses are held longer to target the deepest tissues and the connective tissue allowing the muscles to relax. This class is fully guided. (All Levels)
Yogalates is a combination of yoga and pilates, where you get the best of both worlds. Through simple exercises you will develop your strength, flexibility and stability which will contribute to a good posture and increase your body awareness. (All Levels)
This dance based aerobic workout features movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and are performed primarily to Latin American and Pop dance music. (All Levels)
