The Department of Campus Recreation, Harper Wellness, and Palatine Park District programs are located in the Health and Recreation Center on the southwest corner of the Harper College campus near the intersection of Algonquin Road and Roselle Road. Parking is available on Lot 1.

As the Sr. Assistant Director of Programs and Communications of the Department of Campus Recreation and the Foglia Foundation Health and Recreation Center Ms. Crisman manages all marketing and communications including strategies, promotional plans, content creation for the website, digital media, social media, internal radio advertisements, email communications, and printed collateral. Laura is also responsible for the management and supervision of all the staff for the fitness and recreational programs including personal training, group exercise, intramural sports, scheduled recreation and the Gaming Lounge. Laura received her MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University and has spent numerous years in the fitness industry and the medical fitness industry.

Serving as the Senior Assistant Director of Facilities and Operations at Harper College, Ms. Tantoco manages the day-to-day operations of the 135,000 sq. ft. Foglia Foundation Health and Recreation Center. Ms. Tantoco is responsible for the oversight, management, and maintenance of the facility in its entirety and the part time staff in those areas, custodial operations and staffing, and evaluating risk management practices. In addition, she coordinates all reservations, rentals, and special events for the Health and Recreation Center and Outdoor Athletic Facilities. Previously, she served as the Graduate Assistant of Competitive Sports and Special Events at Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Serving as the Assistant Director of Membership and Fitness Center Operations at Harper College, Frank is responsible for membership services as well as risk management training and assessment, and customer service standards. He also oversees the fitness center and manages most of the part time staff at the rec center. Formerly a licensed Massage therapist, Frank returned to college achieving a Bachelors in Kinesiology and Master's in Public Health. Previously, he served as a Graduate Assistant in the Human Performance Lab at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Frank also assisted in opening and worked as the Cafe and Bar Manager at Fitness Formula Clubs, Elmhurst.

Ms. Rugebregt is responsible for recreation programs and promotions including social media management and content creation, management for student outreach events, printed collateral distribution, and digital media for the Department of Campus Recreation and the Foglia Foundation Health and Recreation Center at Harper College. She is also responsible for the management of the Gaming Lounge, intramural sports, scheduled recreation, sports tournaments, and the part time staff in those areas. Previously, she received her Bachelors in Interpersonal, Organizational, and Persuasive Communications and Masters’ in Organizational/Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University.
