Open recreation is a fun and social way to stay active, meet others and build a community. All open recreation activities are drop-in and offer students, staff and the community the ability to take part in recreational activities in a safe, friendly and inclusive environment. All open recreation activities are held at the Health and Recreation Center (Building M) in the four-court fieldhouse and are open to anyone 18 or older with a valid I.D.
