Flex | Lift | Flow with Friends: January 27 through March 23
Harper students! Gather up your friends and join our 8-week group exercise challenge
and flex, lift and flow your way into the spring semester. Students who participate
in sixteen group exercise classes from January 27 through March 23 (8 weeks) win prizes,
get active and have fun! Group exercise classes are a great way to get fit with friends
in a group setting.
How it Works:
Activate your membership to the Rec Center at the welcome desk using your student
I.D.
Drop into any free group exercise class held at the Rec Center
Ask the instructor for a Flex | Lift| Flow punch pass
After class, ask the instructor for a sticker to place on your punch pass
Write your name and email address on the punch pass
Bring your punch pass to each group exercise class that you attend
Collect a sticker at the end of each group exercise class
Once the punch pass is filled with 16 stickers - give the completed punch pas to the
instructor
You will be contacted via email by Laura Crisman (lcrisman@harpercollege.edu) to make arrangements to pick up your prize
What You Win:
Participants (who complete the 16 classes in 8 weeks) receive an official Campus Rec
fanny pack (one per student)
Participants (who complete the16 classes in 8 weeks) will have their name entered
into a raffle to win a Fitbit Charge 6 Fitness Tracker
