Gratitude Yoga; A Giving Opportunity

Gratitude Yoga

Gratitude Yoga provides an inviting environment to genuinely connect and graciously remind ourselves of what we are grateful for. Yoga utilizes synchronized poses and breath work that enhance circulation, flexibility, balance and inner calm. All levels are welcome. These events are free to Harper students and Health and Recreation Center members. Nonmembers may purchase a single-entry pass on the day of the event. Must be eighteen years or older to participate.

Join us in all of our regularly scheduled Yoga calsses between Sunday, November 17 and Friday, Novemebr 22:

  • Sunday, November 17 from 9 to 9:55 a.m. Guided Flow Yoga
  • Monday, November 18 at 12:15 - 1:10 p.m. Guided Flow Yoga
  • Tuesday November 19 at 9 - 9:55 a.m. Guided Flow Yoga
  • Wednesday November 20 at 12 - 12:55 p.m. Yin Yoga
  • Friday, November 22 at 12 - 12:55 p.m. Healthy Back Yoga

Hawks Care believes that students shouldn't have to sacrifice basic human needs to get an education.  Hawks Care Resource Center helps connect the campus to community resources to meet basic needs so students can focus on your academic goals. Kindly bring any of the following items with you to class:

  • granola bars
  • protein bars
  • packaged pasta
  • packaged rice
  • boxed mac-n-cheese
  • boxed dinners
  • soup or broth
  • canned chicken
  • canned vegetables
