100 Rep Challenge

5 DAYS | 5 EXERCISES | 5 MINUTES

Monday, April 21 to Friday, April 25

Join us in the Fitness Center and test your endurance in this fun and engaging challenge. See how many full rounds of the designated 5 exercises you can complete in 5 minutes. One round consists of 20 reps for a total of 100 reps. This challenge can be completed as many times as you would like. Submit your total number of rounds to the Fitness Floor Monitor. The top winner with the most rounds in five minutes will receive an official Rec Center hoodie.  

Designated 5 Exercises

  1. 20 squat jumps
  2. 20 side to side bear crawls (10 right /10 left)
  3. 20 ball slams
  4. 20 alternating battle ropes
  5. 20 resist-a-ball wall squats
