- Emergency Planning and Community Rights-to-Know Act (EPCRA)
- Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA)
- Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)
- Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)
