New, degree-seeking students increase by 3% over the baseline.

Developmental math success has increased 3.1% since the baseline cohort and is above the target.
Developmental writing success has increased 9.9% since the baseline cohort and is above the target.
Developmental reading success has increased 13.3% since the baseline cohort and is above the target.

Developmental math attempts include all students who were enrolled in developmental math courses numbered below 90. Developmental writing attempts include all students who were enrolled in developmental writing courses numbered 100 and below. Developmental reading attempts include all students who were enrolled in developmental reading courses numbered below 100. Successful completions include those earning a C or better in one of those courses within three years.
