U.S. Department of Labor/OSHA This Capacity Building Developmental Follow-on grant provides funding to build a new, full-scale occupational safety and health training program at Harper. Training is developed for and offered to eligible participants, including small business (less than 250 employees) employers and workers. Training is available in English and Spanish and is free of charge to participants. Harper expects to train 420 individuals and deliver 1,900 contact hours of training.
