You will use survey tools, computers and mapping software to measure angles, distances and elevations to create and update maps, develop information databases and survey reports.
Working outdoors is often necessary when performing duties in the public sector or construction engineering. Positions may include geodetic surveyor, technician, cartographer or teacher.
