Bachelor's of Arts in Health Science Administration

In partnership with the University Center at Harper College, you’ll gain a broad perspective on societal issues and economic challenges facing today’s health care system. Students develop the ability to apply organizational and management theories and principles in a variety of health care and medical laboratory settings. This program is available fully online to accommodate busy working professionals.


Health Science Administration (BA)

Roosevelt’s health science administration program provides students with the knowledge, attitudes and skills necessary for a wide range of careers and graduate opportunities in the administration and organization of health care. We meet the career-readiness needs of traditional students and enhance career opportunities for working professionals engaged in health care service delivery or laboratory science fields.

Through the University Center at Harper College, you will gain the necessary knowledge and skills for a successful career in administration and organization of health care and medical laboratory settings. The BA in Health Science

Administration provides students with 24 semester hours of core content and nine semester hours of electives to allow you to pursue your own interests. You will also complete an internship or capstone course designed to focus on your career

interests. Students will be well prepared for graduate study in public health, health care administration or health policy.
