Harper College's Business club promotes exposure to practical business experiences through various planned events. In addition, it is the organization's goal to provide a forum for anyone interested in business, majors and non-majors, to ask questions about classes, course requirements, and other related issues. This club is also involved in social entrepreneurship and giving back to the community, locally and abroad and working closely with our IDEAShop: the Harper MakerSpace.
The Business Club collaborates with the Accounting Club. This gives members the opportunity to explore both broader and more focused topics as well.
Both Business and Accounting Club advisors will coordinate efforts such that club members can attend either club’s meetings in a given month.
Meeting Days and Frequency:
Business Club: 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month from 2-3pm in J253.
Accounting Club: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month from 2-3pm in J253.

The club decides on activities. Generally related to business, these can be product pitch competitions, invited speakers, networking opportunities, and more.
