Director of Development, Access to Care
Gayle Deja-Schultz has worked with associations, corporations, and not-for-profit organizations in the field of Business Development, Marketing, Public Relations, Fundraising and Special Events. She achieved her CMP (Certified Meeting Planner) designation from the Convention Industry Council and has been a keynote speaker at local and national conferences.
Gayle is currently the Director of Development for Access to Care. In this and previous positions she supervises the operation, management, and strategic planning of the organization; as well as diversifying and developing the donors, grants, special events and sponsorship programs to achieve their financial objectives. Prior to joining the team at ATC, Gayle was the Director of Special Events and Development at the Epilepsy Foundation for over 5 years. With her diverse background, Gayle was able to utilize her many years of business development and special event experience to assist the Epilepsy Foundation in raising awareness for epilepsy to a new level throughout the 43 counties they serve and surpassing fundraising goals, attendance and sponsorship beyond any previous years.
Additionally, Gayle was the Founder and President of Lifestyle Consultants, and has more than 20 years of experience as an event planner and lifestyle programming consultant specialized in assisting Active Adult home builders.
