Linking to Films on Demand in Blackboard
| 1. Go to the Library website: http://dept.harpercollege.edu/library and click on "Streaming Media". |
Films On Demand is a digital video platform offering nearly 6,000
education films online. Publishers include: Films for the Humanities,
Discovery Education, HBO, BBC Active and more. |

| 2. Choose "Films on Demand" from the list of streaming options. Perform a keyword search or an advanced search limiting to title, subject, copyright date etc. |

| 3. You can also navigate to films by using the subject folders on the left. |

| 4. Review results and choose the film you want to insert into Blackboard. |

| 5. After you click on the film's title, look under the video box in the "Details" tab. Cut and paste the link from the TITLE URL box into Blackboard. |

| 6. Inserting the TITLE URL into Blackboard as an "External Link" is easiest. (Go to the Control Panel, navigate to the appropriate place, and select "External Link".) | |

Create a playlist of video clips.
