I received my B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. After teaching for three years in Richmond Indiana, I earned my M.A. in Mathematics from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. I then raised six children, before returning to teaching in our surrounding suburbs. In 1994 I joined the Adjunct Faculty at Harper College. I have been teaching full time at Harper since 2002.

I enjoy, reading, competitive inline skating, movies, and a variety of hobbies and crafts.
