Philosophy

William Rainey Harper College is an institution of higher learning which believes that student success is achieved through academic excellence. In order to help prepare students for the challenges of life and work, the College offers an extensive curriculum taught by dedicated faculty and supported by qualified staff committed to teaching and learning. The College also recognizes the importance of the community it serves and enriches the cultural and intellectual life as well as the economic development of the Harper district.
